Another Bridge Collapses in Bihar

Modi’s BJP has made some lofty promises in the past, but none have resonated with the people of India as much as their claim of transforming India into a global superpower. However, while the BJP may have many fooled, the ground reality is that India is a mere spell of rain away from utter collapse.

▪ In the last 15 days, over 10 mega-projects have collapsed in various regions of India.

▪ Although the BJP claims heavy rainfall is to blame, many assert that rampant corruption and nepotism are the reasons behind this latest string of infrastructural failures, which have tragically claimed many innocent lives.

▪ Many of the projects that have collapsed, such as the T1 Terminal at the Delhi Airport and the Canopy at Dumna Airport, were inaugurated before they were fully completed, as part of Modi’s re-election campaign.
