Addressing the Lok Sabha yesterday, Indian Union Home Minister and Hindu Supremacist Amit Shah claimed that Azad Jammu & Kashmir belonged to India.

Shah’s delusional statement was seconded only by the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill, 2023, and the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Bill, 2023 which, according to Islamabad Insider’s investigations were passed via a voice note.

Such humorous and undemocratic parliamentary practices reveal how democracy has taken a back seat in Modi’s Saffron India.

But it’s not only democracy that is dying a painful death in India since India’s respect for International law is also breathing its last.

According to the United Nations Security Council, a plebiscite will be held in Kashmir that is Muslim majority so that Kashmiris themselves can decide their future.

But Amit Shah’s remarks yesterday are proof that India sees itself outside the global order based on international law.

There are many examples in recent history that show India’s disdain for the laws of other countries as well.

Recently, Research and Analysis Wing officials were found to be involved in the murder of Khalistan activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada.

The murder destroyed India-Canada relations shocking the world as to the extreme lengths Modi would go to fulfil his bloodlust.

Whilst previously, India had been systematically engaging in terrorism in Pakistan other neighbouring countries, now India’s plans for global hegemony have not spared Canada or the US.

The FBI uncovered a R&AW plot to murder Sikhs for Justice chief Gurpatwant Singh Pannun on US Soil.

Senior RAW officers were expelled from San Fransisco and London regarding the development in thwarted plot to kill Sikh leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannu and this movement is directly related to yesterday’s US indictment. The United States also banned RAW to replace its new head in…

Cash was also exchanged via criminal elements in order to ascertain India’s intentions to commit murder on US soil.

But in reality, India was set up by US authorities in a sting operation in which the shocking murder plan was revealed.

The recent belligerence shown by India has not escaped the 5 Eyes, an intelligence alliance comprising of the US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

For the first time ever in history, India’s R&AW has no representation in North America because many countries are not willing to host India’s spooks who openly try to commit murder on their soil.

The damage to India’s “Soft Power” will be witnessed in the times to come as the world realises that India is not a global partner to be relied on.

Amit Shah’s remarks may have satisfied a domestic, Hindu dominated audience however, they have laid bare India’s claim of being a responsible member of the global community.
