Ambassador Mumtaz Zahra Baloch has shared details of TTP hideouts inside Afghanistan’s territory with Islamic Emirates officials & have asked them to take action against the terrorists. She added that we have intelligence information that terrorists are in contact with illegal Afghan residents in Pakistan. There are approximately 6000 TTP terrorists who are enjoying sanctuaries in Afghanistan, according to Pakistan’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, Ambassador Asif Durrani. Most of these terrorists are located in the eastern provinces of Afghanistan that touch Pakistan, such as Kunar, Nangarhar & most recently when TTP chied Noor Wali Mehsud was located in the Nuristan province adjacent to Chitral District during Chitral terror attack back in Sep.
