UNSG commends Pakistan’s role in regional peace, stability

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar today received a call from the United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres.

They discussed the latest regional developments as well as Pakistan’s ongoing diplomatic efforts and engagement with the parties.

Commending Pakistan’s ongoing efforts, the Secretary-General conveyed international community’s deep appreciation and support for Pakistan’s constructive role for regional and international peace and stability.

He also expressed UN’s full support for Pakistan’s ongoing efforts.
